The Villa
The top floor comprises a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and a private balcony with views towards Paros and Chora.
On the next floor there is a large lounge area with a fireplace, a washroom and toilet. There are covered balconies to the front and the sides of this floor. The main entrance is at the rear of the house and is also located on this floor. Outside the main entrance is a paved area with flower beds to either side and a parking area set into the hill, together with the driveway.
The two hundred and fifty square metre ground floor has two further bedrooms, both with access to the pergola covered terraced area immediately outside the house. The second of these bedrooms is very large and can be partitioned to create another sleeping area. Next to the first bedroom there is a large bathroom with shower, toilet and double wash basin. To the front of the ground floor is the kitchen with a dining table large enough to seat twenty, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric fan oven and hob and every conceivable kitchen convenience item. Finally there is a utility room containing a washing machine, as well as the central heating boiler.
Other facilities include wireless internet broadband at no extra cost, steam iron, hair dryer, CD player and stereo system. Kairos does not - and never will - have satellite TV!
