About Naxos Villa From Kairos Naxos
Our Naxos villa is designed with top class facilities. The top floor comprises a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and a private balcony with views towards Paros and Chora.
On the next floor there is a large lounge area with a fireplace, together with a double bedroom with a bathroom and toilet. There are covered balconies to the front and the sides of this floor. The main entrance is at the rear of the house and is also located on this floor. Outside the main entrance is a paved area with flower beds to either side and a parking area set into the hill, together with the driveway.
The two hundred and fifty square metre ground floor has three further bedrooms, both with access to the pergola covered terraced area immediately outside the house. Two of these bedrooms are partitioned by a bookcase. Next to the third bedroom there is a large bathroom with shower, toilet and double wash basin. To the front of the ground floor is the kitchen with a dining table large enough to seat twenty, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric fan oven and hob and every conceivable kitchen convenience item.
Other facilities include wireless internet broadband, steam iron, hair dryer, CD player and stereo systems in each room. The villa is centrally heated and therefore suitable for guests staying in the low season/ winter.
Sustainability @Kairos
We are working hard to make Kairos eco friendly, ensuring that it puts something back into the environment as well as the local community. Our progress has been modest so far. We’ve planted over a hundred trees; we’ve built an area to recycle garden and household waste; we have deliberately left some areas as wilderness to encourage the propagation of wild fauna and animals. For the future we plan the installation of solar panels, wind power and our own well.
We encourage our guests to support our efforts by using the recyling bins we provide at the villa for glass, plastic and paper/ cardboard, which we feed into the local island recycling scheme. Guests might also want to consider carbon offsetting their air travel (see recommended carbon offset site under Links). |
